A brand new golf tournament, 6 to 12 September, should help to put this central Vietnamese destination squarely on the tourism map.

The first ever World Masters Golf Championship in Vietnam has the backing of Accor, a leading hotel operator in the region and golf experts Go Golfing and Golfasian.

The inaugural Accor Vietnam World Masters Golf Championship, will be held in Danang, 6 to 12 September, through a partnership between Go Golfing and Golfasian that will introduce a masters golfing tournament to Vietnam.

The two golf specialists have more than 20 years experience staging successful World Masters tournaments in Australia, New Zealand and Thailand.
