Commish
ParticipantI would really like to get out on the course sooner rather than later, though. I suspect the 19 in COVID will be the amount of kilos I stack on in the iso state. I think I’m 2 up as I type. Sad face.
I hear ya! Already added a couple, plowing through the red wine, can’t be a good thing but hey, someones gotta do it.
I was thinking exactly the same thing…. sadly with the same result as if I wasn’t lardy enough already 🙁

ParticipantWell Covid is having its effect in our manor.
Like Goldy, our dog McIlroy has had more walks in the last week or two than ever before, and jobs are being done left right and centre, on those non work days.
Work for me as of 5pm today, is now officially in “hibernation”, so we will be “open by appointment only” for the foreseeable future.
Needless to say, if today was any indication at work, I’ll be getting plenty of time to swing a club (played a simulated Royal Melbourne today in between stocktaking duties, and found it to be much better than the real outdoor course).
Hmmm, I might have a round at Pebble Beach next ….

ParticipantI am into my second week with working from home and before we finished in the office, a couple of use from my team have made a pact* that we are not going to shave and obviously not get a haircut until we’re back in the office and then that haircut will be a mullet.
So far so good, Mrs Bumpette and I are currently in negotiations about me not shaving for this indefinite time frame because she knows she won’t like it, but it’s definitely starting to grow on me.
*I am 1000% certain that it will be only me with a beard and mullet when we get back
