The screw in the hosel of my Nike driver broke, leaving the tip section deep in the thread ( 10 mm down the hole).
I think there are three options
    1) attempt to remove the screw remnant
    2) replace the hosel fitting with another one ( assuming they are still available)
    3) turn the adjustable driver into a fixed one.

I could have a go at removing the screw at home.
    Method
    1) get a centred hole with a small sharp tipped punch
    2) drill a hole with a left hand drill in reverse and try to get it to bind, then screw it out.

If I stuff it up / damage the threads then options 2 and 3 come into play.

Has anyone had experience with this issue. Who did you get to assist you?

I think I have found the answer . I found that I can buy a new Nike adaptor for very little money. Perhaps the better way is to remove the old tip and fit a new one, rather than dink around with removing broken screrws.
