Much as I enjoy reading these reports, can I ask that the real name of the courses you are playing are written, rather than an abbreviation or nickname. It will help those of us that don’t live locally work out which course you are playing , hopefully for future reference when travelling. Thanks.

    That’s a valid point, x-man.

But I, for one, am quite lazy and can save a lot of typing by referring to Warragul as ‘Warra’ each time I play there.
Gaz’ reference to Leongatha refers to Leongatha Vic., technically located in Leongatha South.
The ‘Augusta of the South’ is Lang Lang, but we all know that.
Others who might refer to, e.g. SLGC give us all a challenge to see if we can work out where the hell they’re talking about.

If in doubt, you could always ask.

In the course reports topic, it probably would be worthwhile to adequately identify the course in question.

People say that nothing is impossible, but I do nothing every day.
No championships worth mentioning in recent years.
Progress is man's ability to complicate simplicity.
