Cleverly getting your bad rounds out now to put on a scoring clinic in four week’s time.
I am going to build this up to be epic, I’ll have played the game over in my head 15 times before the first tee and be mentally spent and defeated before I even get there…

Second round of the Summer Cup at Southern yesterday. Playing off the white tees and off 11 for the day.
Front 9 – 18 points No wipes 42 OTS
Back 9 – 16 points and one wipe. 43 OTS34 points and 85 ots. Not great but happy to be scoring in the 30’s a bit more regularly. The leader has 46 and 37..so I need a good couple of rounds for the next two weeks to get closer.

So the galoot part is correct then…:) Seems a tad harsh really. I’m sure there are others who would better fit that description. El Schmucko mentioned one early from up north somewhere.
Last Sat: 4BBB par at Warra. (It’s really 2BBB). We had +3 going out but trimmed that back to +1 by the end.
We didn’t come last, but not far from it. Something like +11 won.Sun: Traralgon plate. Just 23 points, say no more.
Mon: oldies’ nine hole at Warra, 16 points for the 9.
Today: Agg Stab at Warra. I had 15 out with just one 1-putt and a wipe. Did better on the back nine with seven 1-putts (mostly because I couldn’t hit greens) for another 20 points. Total of 63 points with partner, more than 20 off the pace.
People say that nothing is impossible, but I do nothing every day.
No championships worth mentioning in recent years.

I have played a few more holes over in my head again….
When we get around to the first, it will be a line as far left towards the bunker as possible to take the front greenside bunker out of play as much as possible.
Then knowing that there is 10m to carry the bunker from the front of the green distance.
The safe approach is a bail out left hand side, but that is naturally a nasty slippery chip and/or putt …I have played a few more holes over in my head again….

It’s a very elevated saucer-type green from the front. The chip up from in front of the bunker would be considerably tougher
it is ‘flatter’ from the back/left so that might be a better miss.Hopefully Up will see this and correct me where I am wrong and let me know what and why I should be doing, I would like that a lot
