Can break 80
ParticipantStab at Warra today.
Some good shots, some rubbish. 26 points.
Definitely ‘crisp’ this morning, slowing everything down, much nicer this arvo.look at the positive you are out playing and enjoying golf in fresh country air, well at least while carts are allowed.

ParticipantI played on Thur, another stab round.
My handicap, having gone out a few, meant I was able to generate 32 points. First time over 30 since they let us back onto golf courses. Of course, it flagged and I won a ball.I’ll be out there again today and lose another flag off the list.

ParticipantAnother stab round today. Some good holes with a few pars and a birdie. But too many stuff-ups.

ParticipantAn absolute blinder of a round, one where almost everything went right. Playing off a 10 hcap went out off with 6 pars and 3 bogeys (1 three putt) for 28 OTS and 21 pts. On the way back made 6 pars 2 bogeys 1 birdie for a 36 OTS and 21 pts. Total 42 pts and won my grade by 6 shots. Four over the card for the day – I haven’t played like that for nearly 15 years and finally back to single figures.

Participant1st game for a few weeks. 2+ in par. Shoulda, woulda, coulda. ?
Started with 2 minuses, finished the 9 with 4 pars & 2 more on 10 &11.
Farked up 12 from 50m out.
Highlight birdie on 16, 5 iron from 160+ rough to 3 inches. Best iron I’ve hit in years. ?
May hold on for Rup in div1 or a ball at least.. ?Incessant Threadjacker

Participant38 points, had a run of 10 straight pars, followed by a birdie. Broke the run with an ugly triple. 5 over with a few left out there was pleasing. Conditions were perfect and the scoring was good. Low round of the was an ok 7 under from a guy off +2.

ParticipantOld farts’ nine hole stab this morning.
Started with a 3-point par on the 10th which usually doesn’t bode well for the rest of the round. Also parred the index-1 13th which is a rare feat. All others were 2-points except the 18th which I 3-putted for 1 point. Total 19 points.
Apart from the par3s, I hit every fairway with straight drives.
Although I was the longest hitter in the group (that’s not a claim to fame), distance wasn’t great. But that was probably due to the ice everywhere and 0° at the start.I’m hoping my swing is coming back into form.

ParticipantStab at Warra.
My good swing was only present for about half the holes. On the others, I just battled on regardless.

30 points. The greens have been fertilised with what seems like course wet sand. As the ball rolls across the green, it picks up an extra layer around the circumference and could go anywhere. The greens were also extra lumpy. If only they’d been rolled.
One player had 40 points, so they couldn’t have been all that bad.People say that nothing is impossible, but I do nothing every day.

Driver mis-behaved on too many holes but I managed to recover adequately on most.

36 points – the best I’ve done since the lock down.Looks like you will still be able to play at “Warra”,but not be able to enter into a “poisonous area” and play at the home of golf.

ParticipantStab at Warra yesterday.
Crap round, a few wipes, 12 out, 12 back, total 24 points. With all those infectious city members banned from attending, we’ll have small fields until spring, provided normality returns then.
