At the current rate, on my mobile phone, it’s more signature than content on every scroll down a page.
By the time you realise this part of my signature doesn't say anything it's too late to stop reading it.
If at first you don't succeed, skydiving is not for you.
Success is the ability to go from one failure to the next without any loss of enthusiasm.

Using Android pie, on my phone and these text input areas are really weird. Don’t fit the screen and sort of scroll left and right.
This should be a lot better now – you may need to refresh the page a few times 🙂

There is a notify me option when you scroll down but that may be for all posts in this thread.

This should be a lot better now – you may need to refresh the page a few times 🙂
The input area is a lot more centred on the screen now, and yep, it text wraps without the screen going left and right.
And, yep, don’t have to hit enter to get back to the left to see the submit button.

I think you might have overlooked putting in place a rules forum. Please fix.
