    Whilst the USGA and Europe say:
    An 18-hole Course Handicap is calculated as follows:
    Course Handicap = Handicap Index x (Slope Rating ÷ 113) + (Course Rating – par)

    CONGU says:
    An 18-hole Course Handicap is calculated as follows:
