Funny how some people react when you make a decision. I once gave one of our best players out plumb LBW, bowled by a left handed over the wicket.
This player was abusing me as he walked from the field, I got dragged from umpiring straight away, then knocked out a 50 from down the order to rub salt into his wounds. Quickly was overlooked for future games….Uni Job – Myer Sales Assistant in Bargain Basement and then Toys (Yo-yo exhibitor, Barbie expert you name it I pretended to be it)

England worked as – Molecular Biologist, Gardener/laborer (pruning Topiary), Tea Packer, Aussie Rules Football Umpire (Barred from Wandsworth Walkabout Pub due to a decision that I paid against them “costing” them the GF)

My first job was stacking shelves at the local bottle-o over Christmas when I was 16.
Then I was a server at Sizzler for 18 months before I got my first real job as a public servant, I was there for 14 years and now I have been here in my latest job for a little over 3 years.
Civil design and engineering is what the ladies love, so I am there as the exception to that rule.ooooh you had me at “my first job”
Being 16 and not knowing a lot more than the Olds will surely have to start realising that their vodka was 7/8ths water by now, I remember one bloke coming in as I was filling up a fridge asking me what bourbon was on special and I said “umm, these Johnny Walker cans are pretty cheap, I think, they are on special”

First round of the Summer Cup at Southern yesterday. Off the white tees and back 9 first. Playing off 13 for the day (after some handicap glitches with the cards)
First 9 – 19 points and 41 OTS
Second 9 – 20 points and 41 OTS (one wipe)39 points and 82 nett 69. No 3 putts
Leading score was 46 points and a few others in the 40’s
Handicap dropped to 9.8 and flagged

MM yesterday with 48/50-21=77nett. Hcap went out point one now nineteen point three. Played a few âbend it like Tigerâ recovery shots from 180m out on 1,3 and 10 that helped save par or bogie. Seemed to make great contact regularly too, radar was just a bit off though.
Put the M1 back in bag, swapped out Rougue 70g for kuro kage 60g to see what difference it would make and to my surprise, nutted some great drives…. even had 4/4 on 13th, cannot remember the last time that happened…. frustratingly on 6, 11,16 could not hit the green from 75-90 in……always seem to pull the ball left or chunk it….. new Spider mini in play, second game with it , had about 3 three jabs, so a work in progress. Two quads and a five over par score loomed large in the card.Glad to have broken 100, again, I only play once a month and no practice so reading more mind control books may help to improve on reducing helicopters after piss poor shots.
