ParticipantUnlimited travel distance golf in Victoria is back baby…
Took the chance on Monday for the first comp hit is ages.. At Northern, off the whites off 13 daily.
18 and 17 – annoyingly wiping one on each nine.
Distance control from inside 100 stinks. Hit only 3 of 8 or nine – when you are 50m out and miss long by 20m..kind of messes with you head a bit. But what else to expect from 4 months of no golf.
Fingers crossed my home club opens the practice facilities this weekend.
0.2 off the cap. Moving in the right direction.

ParticipantFar out – look what happens when you forget to close the doors. All sorts of stuff just wanders in…
Golf is back in Vic in case anyone did not hear…Only at Kooringal we are putting on fairways instead of greens. Someone forgot to look at the weather forecast when the did the coring in July or August or something..most of them died.. Will be on these at least till December – but I ain’t not greens man – but I doubt they will be ready till Jan.
This is the DSR as fallen through the floor – playing 116 or something…. Daily is now 11.5 !!! Played off twelve today – first round out of ISO. 33 points.
Oh the tale of missed drives, missed chips and missed putts. But who gives a !@@#.
Golf is back (but just within 25km) of home…

ParticipantIs this within our Victorian 25km limit yet ? Surely Tassie must be moving close enough by now…

ParticipantFeel like I want to replace my clicgear 3.0… anything other than the new clicgear models worth considering??
Just typed a big spiel in reply and it deleted before I could post.
Just bought a MGI Navigator. Had to spend another few hundred dollars just to get basic attachements as it didn’t come with extras. Time will tell if the expense was worth it to not push a buggy for 18 holes or happy to push with extra carry room? The Navigator AT or the standard Navigator?
I feel that the AT, whilst a few bucks extra, is a better unit, way better balanced with the wider front track.
Yes it’s a great lurk that you have to pay extra for the “accessories”
AT. Bloody thing doesn’t even have a hook for all my towels. ?
Make sure there is plenty of towels… can’t have your flawless complexion ruined…

Replaced my 3.0 with the 4.0 model…Has some great new features and still getting used to it – feels much heavier than the 3, albeit with heaps of adjustability.
Poweful unit like you – all that extra weight to push around will be a breeze…
